Wheathauler, sorry I gave you such a half hearted wave yesterday at Colwich! I had already passed by you when I realized it was you...for some reason I thought you ran a daycab. Hope Colwich treats you well for the rest of the week. Don't fall into a crater!

Sorry to hear about your Dad...this biz just ain't what it used to be, that's for sure. -
Thanks guys for the replys. Dad just said he was just to old school to deal with all the bs anymore he started his buissnes in 1969 he was farming with my grandpa but farming wasnt for dad lol. Back then when he got his own authority not sure of the year but you had to wait for someone to sell you there authority. He bought it for 150 bucks lol. He used to have a dedicated run pulling doubles grain hoppers from sublette ks area to canada. Its cool to here all the old storys and hes kept pictures of all the trucks hes ever owned. It was a rough end to 2010 his dad past away, he got hammered with a IRS audit then Dot came in. He thinks he was narked off i cant mention any names but a trucking company kept tyring to get his dedicated gig that hes had for 30 years, a local feedyard that dads trucks hauled all the corn, pellets, and some cattle and hay. Everything was hauled direct for costumer no brokers and the rates were really good. It funny to hear when he was gonna get out of trucking when fuel hit eighty cents. hahahahaha thats insane lol.

also couple them robles trucks are leased to oklahoma aglines. do you know much about them?
-
Yeah one of Roble's drivers got tired of getting screwed, so he bought his own truck and leased it on to Oklahoma Ag. After he got tired of getting screwed over there, he got his own authority. He's buying trucks, hiring drivers, and leasing anybody on he can get. Sounds like a recipe for success if you ask me!
