We got about .4" of rain late Saturday afternoon. Knocked the dust down for about a day, but that's about it. A couple of the big boys around here have done some corn, I haven't heard what the moisture is. Hauling grain this harvest isn't going to amount to much around here for me, glad I have a flat this year.

Welcome to the hopper thread, Little miss cabover. What kind of cabover?

Thanks to ya'all for the welcome, I'll try to not be to much of a pain. RW., to answer your question, I drive a 79 Transtar II. Big John, we might have crossed paths. I'm in Oklahoma from time to time, pulling corn to mills and some wheat to Catoosa, but I'm all over pulling ingredients, some rock & frac sand.

I know better then that. Talk about Big Money, you the only guy I know that drives a fancy Pete pulling a fancy spread and then when you get home and parked you drive a new Bentley GT as a company car. I have a 10 year old wore out KW and have a hand me down 8 year old Dodge. :biggrin_2559:

Big John; Air ride ... ... I WISH ! Used to pull a spring ride trailer, got an offer out of the clear blue so I sold it. Bought this Timpte with air suspension and you'd have thought that I died and entered heaven. HUGE IMPROVEMENT !!!

Well, the truck is going back to the shop for body work. Dang idiot 4 wheelers. He got hit just leaving where he dropped off, still in the parking lot. Thank goodness the guard saw it all and will give his account to our insurance company. Not hubby's fault.

I know one thing, its not going back to the last place the tried to jimmy rig a cheap bumper on the truck.

Hey, customer called and is in need of hoppers going from Central IL to PA for next week. Likely pay RT miles. 740 loaded. Her customer can't get the rail cars in because of flooding. Nothing in it for me just trying to help a good customer out.

email me at bill@farm2fleet.com if interested.
