    I must be on a certain grain companies #&* list. I hauled in a load yesterday and was talking to operator there. Supposedly had a lot of corn going this month. Called their grain merchandiser and he said it was slow and nothing going on. Must have gave the loads to the big boys I guess.

    They were talking on the news that this drought may last another year. I sure hope they are wrong if will be tough for farmers and truckers alike.

    I think I heard a report on the radio yesterday, something about La Ninia having an effect on our drought, said its a possibility it would continue. If we have another year like this in 2012, farmers and truckers would just be the tip of the iceberg, the grain prices would go nuts and have a lot of far reaching implications. Hope we get some rain this fall and winter and recharge everything.

    I spent $105 to get my truck and trailer hand washed today in Woodward and it is pouring down rain at the present moment. Well thank God it is raining we need it.

    I64 bridge from Louisville,Ky to Jeffersonville,In over the Ohio River is shut down and one of the farmers i haul for said he has 500 acres of corn contracted to CGB in Jeffersonville right off I65 bridge so it's a cluster with all the extra traffic on the I65 bridge:biggrin_25521:,so much for getting more than 3 loads/day:biggrin_25513:. Anybody waiting in line this week at CGB in Jeffersonville,give me a shout,I'd pay good rent money to stretch out in somebody's sleeper and get some shut-eye:biggrin_2559:.

    If anybody is interested in leasing on we are needing a couple more trucks. You will have to have your own trailer. Also need to live close to Tulsa, OK. You will be home most nights and every weekend. Let me know.
