Thank You notarps just wondering was offered job with this company and wanted info before deciding.

 

they're constantly running an ad in my local paper. they must not be able to keep drivers. I talked to their recruiter.... she said I'd be out 2 weeks at a time, get about 1,900 miles a week. 5 days of orientation, then start driving. NO pay for tarping (even though they're probably charging the shipper $300-400.) they hold 2 CPM of your already slim pay until the end of the quarter. one cent is for "safety," the other for tarping. like I said, they don't pay for tarping. for 7 days of work, you might gross around $650 for the week. still interested?

 

Thats what the recruiter told me to chief pay schedule doesnt sound to good.Also told me they take $400 dollars from check to put in escrow in case you abandon your vehicle.

 

Dont think I need a job that bad yet Chief.

 

she must've skipped over that part with me. they've called me several times but I haven't called them back recently. I'm not interested in sitting half way across the country waiting on a load and only getting part time pay for the work that IS available.

 

Me either chief rather sit at home. That $400 hold out on your ckeck for abandoning your vehicle may be sign of alot getting abandoned.

 

Yes they told me i would have to get coil certified and get twic.

 

For the most part here lately bouncing and waiting is all part of flatbedding..

 

They hold .02 mile of your pay a quarter, and then pay that back as tarp pay and safety bonus from money you have already earned, thats insane
