I'm 44 years old. If I thought for a moment that this happened to me, I would have bought a pee test from the store and delayed the start of my training with FFE. I know how rediculous this all sounds. I contacted a lawyer who basically said "he said/she said" I tried to get my ex to admit it through e-mail, but no luck there. I'm an idiot... plain and simple. A little "head tired" is all I felt from eating those things. I was driving about 1,100 miles to the FFE driving Academy and drove that straight through.... so the baked goods and the "head tired" feeling really didn't click as to what happened. :-(

Why didn't you say your age? You sounded like a 21 year old that commonly post on here that I quit smoking yesterday, can I get a job tomorrow.

I can tend to believe the far fetched story more. I apologize if I was wrong. I still don't believe it 100% though. It's only a 80% apology. :)

You are still screwed unless you can get some proof. Can't you set her up with an email or even a text of something. Don't give up on that approach. Ask her why she set you up on your drug test.

At minimum, I would set her up and give her a taste of her own medicine.

I had a driver who tested positive for Marijuana, and the only way he could drive again was to contact a Substance Abuse Professional[SAP] go through the counseling, do numerous randoms, before finally getting approved for return. It can happen boys, don't just stomp on him without knowing the fellow. What's the old proverb "Never judge a man till you walk a mile in his shoes"

As far as driving again it will be doubtful that any big carrier will hire you, at least for a couple years. My advice if you paid for the schooling anyway, get the CDL, useless as it may seem now, do something else for a couple years. Maybe something related to trucks ie mechanic or sumthing where you're around them.

In 2 years a small company might take a chance on you providing their insurance don't kick too bad. But you WILL have to do an SAP to ever drive a truck 10-4 ?

    Shouldn't this be a poll?

She found out it was a potato and several rolled-up tube socks?

He definately would of had a buzz if he was a nonuser. I don't know if he knew it??

We had this foreman back in the 80's named Andy. He was a short fat happy go lucky simple kind of guy if you know what I mean. We worked 2nd shift and Andy would smoke a pipe at work. One night he come in with a new brand of pipe tobacco. He mentioned he just bought it and nobody thought much of it. This was before pot and smoking indoors was a big deal.

Later on one guy mixed a bunch of pot in his new tobacco and bragged about it. Then a little later we seen Andy walking around with his pipe and the whole plant smelled like pot. He was the only boss there, so nothing was said but a bunch of quiet laughter. Well Andy disappeared and nobody could find him. We looked for him and found him in the machine shop at the other end of the plant. We could see him through the glass windows. He was dancing up a storm to the stereo in there having a great time. We all fell over laughing.

The next day he mentioned he wasn't smoking that new tobacco anymore. It gave him a headache. Nobody ever told him :)
