    1. No. You have to have 8 consecutive hours in sleeper
    2. Fuel savings is why our company runs super singles
    3. I do lunch meats and fruits/vegis. Much cheaper then eating at truck stops.

    1) No unless your running teams. I think some one please correct me on that.
    2) They weight less and they roll with less resistance
    3) Hot pockets prettmuch anything you can microwave at a truckstop save you dough. No beer.

the food part I can help with....

Lay off the salt unless you want major heart problems later...
Most everything pre-packaged has salt in it, even bottled iced tea. Water is necessary, for flavor you can add a bit of Gatoraide or one of the energy thing. Just water them down a whole lot. Your kidneys have to flush that stuff out of your system, keep adding salt like there's no tomorrow and you'll be on a NO SALT diet. If you've ever had to follow a NO SALT ..none...nada... don't even think about it no salt diet... that totally sucks.

Fresh greens ( called salad!) in bags, a bit of oil and vinegar or a squeeze of lemon ( I prefer fresh lime), throw in a hard boiled egg, maybe a couple slices of cheese and a slice or two of ham or chicken, (there's enuf salt right there...) a handful of unsalteed nuts, is a good start. You can add most anything to a bunch of greens, call it a salad, and it's better for you than anything fast food. Subway is pretty close, tho.

Fresh fruits and veggies, many veggies you can eat raw (carrots should be cooked tho) and all that chewing will help you fill up. Unsalted nuts are good too, even unroasted peanuts.... they're usually flavored and boiled, but not to everyone's taste.

Had an older lady tell me once her doc said... If God made it, it's good for you. If man screwed with it, it ain't. She followed that advice and not only lost considerable weight, but said she felt wonderful. But take it easy on the eggs... one a day, max... otherwise too much cholesterol.

If it's in a can, there's considerable salt, and no, it won't rinse out. Take care of yourself NOW! Having to hook up to a machine to flush your kidneys is not a good thing. Lots of good reading on the internet...

    Take care and be safe,
    Mary
