    Oregon monitors trucks, as many as they can, as you pass through a scale. Your times are entered into the system. At the next scale, you best be running legal. (or you're busted). And, surprise, this info is also availble to COWS (Cops on wheels) if they pull you over. Them boys are really high tech up there in Oregon.
