Sure, she can own one. But it can't be in the house where he lives.

Huh actions have consequences. That is the rule of law Ellsworth. The very basis of this country is rule of law. Oh Ellsworth I do hope your not advocating a departure from rule of law. I fear Ellsworth that you have been circumvented by your old nemisis logic.

And he abides by that law.

But if they were to create a law that says you can't breathe, what would you do? Be a law abiding citzens and go along with the "rule of law" and die? Or just breathe?

Some laws are just stupid. Like the ones that says I've got to log almost every day of my life, where I am, how long I was there, just because I drive a truck.

Ah Ellsworth more misconceptions on your part. I would hope they are miss understandings and not just outright fabrications.

No one can deny you the right to life except you Ellsworth, while I applaud your effort at symbolism Ellsworth you may want to refrain from examples that display the altitude of your consciousness.

Further Ellsworth no one cares where you drive your truck. No Ellsworth they do not. Remove your request for commercial interests on these roads and drive to your hearts content. Feel free as those tumbleweeds you so emulate Ellsworth. However Ellsworth once your request for use is honored you will need to record your activities while engaged in commercial interests in your truck. Ellsworth fear not you can still leave your truck and display you best mimicry of said desert shrubbery.

If you could stop the 14hr clock, at least, say twice a week, adding three or four hrs onto it at your discretion, that would help, for instance, getting held up at a shipper or receiver for longer than two hrs, you can add 3 or 4 hrs onto your driving time, but you can only do it two times a week and not on consecutive days, I would rather be driving than collecting detention pay. but, of course the FMCSA wouldn't go for something that would benefit drivers.
