HOS with the time change?

    I don't do electronic logs, but on paper, one day a year has 23 hours with a 1 hour gap in it, and one other day a year has 25 hours with one hour repeated. And I'm usually showing sleeper berth that time of night, and it has never been a problem from the folks in safety.
