Hotels in or around Reno , NV

The Nugget has lots of parking, is pretty easy on and off, and is fairly trucker friendly.

 

BoomTown Casino and Hotel is nice, it's next to Cabelas.

 

I called them today and they said cdl rate is ten dollars off whatever the room rate is. For Saturday and Sunday it was 90 total plus tax. If you know a better way to get the room for 19.99 please tell me. Thanx

 

They must have changed it recently. Went by there about 5 weeks ago and sign still said 19.95. Sorry! I've gotten 5 rooms at that price over the last year. Try another person to talk to.

 

No problem. We got the cdl rate of 22.95 at Wild Bills on Primm last week. Maybe if we walk into the casino and ask in Reno cause that's how we got the rate at Wild Bills.

 

A little advice, anything your fond of, put in the room. They are not well guarded. A nice CB goes for 20.00 in a pawn shop.

Does anyone know if there is truck parking at Harrahs Reno. Front desk has a problem with English when I called. Thanks.

 

NO, It's downtown, Don't even try to manuever down there unless your delivering. With a rig, don't even try Harrahs, Silver legacy, El Dorado, or Circus Circus. ALL downtown with multilevel garage parking.

Try the Grand Sierra. The Nugget or the Super 8 at the Alamo/Petro. All have plenty of parking.

 

The Super 8 is nice and AROUND $50 with CDL. Just park in the Petro and it's literally 20 ft away.
