    conway has plenty of freight, like Littlebit said they have to many drivers, so he needs to find ways to be the driver that gets said freight.....

    depending on the market and the type of freight, it's extremely slow. We were balls to the wall busy from May 20th til July 1st, then it died. The only reason I'm getting the hours/miles is I'm senior on the list, but even then I've had a couple of 4 or 4.5 day weeks (local/regional driver). We keep getting calls for rates/availability to do work and it hasn't come thru. They even lowered their rates a touch to get 600 loads thru the end of the year and that still hasn't panned out. Heck, if we could get two of the contracts that we've bid on, the company would hire 3 drivers and buy a truck as well.
