    While they say it has a low chance of passing due to the bill it's attached to I still think this should be met with harder criticism from trucking groups and owner ops in general. I don't want lawyers dictating my insurance rates.

    Lawyers still sue and companies hit with $50 million lawsuits.

    Being backed hard by several of the largest truck lines, and basically ALL the insurance companies. Why? Economies of scale, the big fleets will only get hit with a few bucks per tractor, but this will put tens of thousands of independent O/O's and small fleets out of business. Competition killer.
