How Are Trainers Trained?

    If you're thinking about being a trainer, good luck to ya. I trained for Werner (after 2 yrs of being solo) and after 3 different people I went back to being a solo driver. And these three were very "different" people. By that I mean I quickly realized that that company would put ANYBODY that had a heart beat and could hold a big round ring behind the wheel of an 80k vehicle. I do hate to be all negative so hey go for it, it might just be the thing for you.

    In agreement here, @NightWind. I have no remembrance of "Learning to Drive"; and it is not due to dementia, just always could do it. Farm boy, watched Daddy and other men, moved power around a bit to help and accumulated....From one type size (farm equipment) to different heavier (dozers/forklifts/semis)
    of reefer, flatbed, van... From the farm to sale barn bob truck and S.Lebanon, OH to Vera Cruz. Mexico/Livestock. Just grew into it and payed attention...
