    To put it simple, if they put it on your DAC they broke the law and you can sue the #### out of them and you will win. End of story.

    i called the governer office and they sent me to the office of pardons to get a pardon from the governer and they said there is nothing to pardon they can not find any record of me ever being arested

    I have a feeling what they can do is simply put "False application" on your DAC. I've heard of vague hits like that.

    yha i am going to do that today. i thought tey might say false app. but in defence there is a federal law that say i was a under 16 i can leagely say that i have no record so leagaly i did not make a false app.

    The point here is he was never hired to begin with...application process. My wife is researching this but we seem to remember (disputing something on my DAC) that a company can't report on your DAC unless you were EMPLOYED by them and received pay...she is checking and will give better detail than I can off the cuff.

    That's what scares me about getting into this industry, there are some companies that will do anything to get rid of you when they no longer need you. I've heard every accusation from getting in a fight to refusing drug tests. I am not one to bounce around jobs, I am much more comfortable knowing that if I do my job I will keep my job...I don't want someone messing with my DAC because they don't want me around anymore...
