I am close to getting my first year experience and just had this. It's 2 points obstructed view. I had it down from 3 points improper right turn. The trailer also got in contact with something like a traffic post maybe, and on my MVR it says accident property damage, although I was not pulled over so i really do not know what the damage was.

Is there a way to expunge this accident record and have the points go down to zero? It says on DMV site that if I take a traffic course I can have 3 points removed and also it will eventually fall off after a year.

Additional time will remove those points from your MVR. You're welcome in advance ;)

Once you get a CDL I believe you are no longer are able to get into traffic safety school to avoid points, etc.

Traffic school is not an option when you have a CDL.

“Federal law mandate that, all traffic violations received by holders of a Commercial Drivers License, with the exception of a parking ticket, must be reported to the State Department of Safety, without exception.”

Yes, CDL-A holders in Wisconsin can reduce their Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) points by three points once every three years by completing an approved traffic safety course. While this helps reduce points, CDL holders face strict penalties, as violations in personal vehicles can affect their commercial license and serious offenses may lead to disqualification.

I guess it depends on how long you plan to work at current employer or if you are looking to change jobs soon. No company wishes their applicants had 2 more points. Great companies don't hire people with problems, bad companies hire people that will work cheap with problems, it's the 90% of companies in the middle where the answer is usually "it depends on a lot of things."

That’s nice but your conviction won’t disappear.
