How bad is 2 points on your MVR record?

    What you don't understand for NON-MOVING VIOLATION? GOOGLE IT. and it is zero points once I attend the traffic course.

    Here i just google it for you.

    A zero-point non-moving violation (such as parking tickets, expired registration, or a broken taillight) generally does not make it significantly harder to find a CDL-A job, especially if it is an isolated incident.

    its not a moving violation like speeding. mine is NON-MOVING VIOLATION and can be reduced to zero points. Here is what google said:

    No, it isn't the points; it is the violation that matters. The points are assessed as a punishment for a conviction of the violation.

    Why are you asking strangers on the internet if all you are going to do is argue with them? Speak directly with whatever state your license comes from and tell them they are wrong if you don't like the answer. We can only read what you type. If you leave out important details, we can't insert it for you. No School for CDL drivers has been the law for a long time 10-20 years. MOST easy to find info from states talk about car drivers issues and car driver licenses. It's possible that is causing confusion or it may not. WI may do something in their state but the other states will not observe the decision WI makes. I don't know I'm not a lawyer. If you have a lawyer why on earth are you asking non-lawyers legal questions. WTAF?

    You came into a truck driver forum and posted a question and you expected to hear a legal opinion from a lawyer?
    Do you know what a truck driver forum is? Why not go argue with members in a lawyer forum?
