How bad is my mvr?

It isn’t the warning but the original speeding ticket, which will show up as written and reduced when the insurance company runs it.

 

You got an interview with Pepsi and Martin Brower, and that's pretty good. You don't need to worry unless they both tell you no.

 

Most insurance companies have some allowances.

Alot allow one ticket and one preventable accident over 3 years and some are more generous depending on the size of the client, etc.

Regarding the ramp incident; always do your best to obtain a copy of any police investigated accident reports so you can show fault.

I've had many approved applications after sending copies of the accident reports showing that one or both [guys with two within 3 years] were not the applicant's fault.

With the increasing use of on-line access it is now much easier to get a PD report from most places than ever before and worth the few bucks it may cost.

Spending most of my safety career in NJ as usually the one sent to get copies from the local municipalities; the mileage and time to get the reports at $0.50 a page was made much easier my last few years by going 'on-line'.

With today's traffic one never knows when the next incident may occur and with all the 4-wheel inability to co-exist with CMV's that report showing you were/were not 'at fault' may be the deciding factor when looking for another position.
