How 'Bout Windy Hill?

Yes it is great - I came here right out of trucking school Mid Florida Tech and I have been here 3 years - It is a great company

 

I'm going to mid Florida tec July-6th went to see Donna at windy hill she told me about
mid Florida tec hope to get on there when done.

 

Daddy K - I am still here at Windy Hill - still at the top of the world with my job at Windy Hill - I will be here for awhile !

 

I tell guys I see in tier trucks to get home and unload thier stuff ..... VERY bad stuff going on there. They still taking money for "escrow" , NOT legal in FL to do that to company drivers.

 

wow - this amazes me - I have been here 3 years - new out of school - they have never taken out escrow - not a dime - I get plenty of miles and home on time every time - maybe someone has misinformed you ? The driver tailgate the plants but no other unloading

 

Plant loads wern't bad , just no way to leagally log them , but escrow was certainly real , maybe all the complaints to the atty general in FL in the 90's ,,,, before jack short's punk son was old enough to punch out at least.

 

What kind of miles are you getting now at Windy Hill? I'm glad to hear someone say something positive about them I was concerned with all that I was reading here.

 

Some one must be so misinformed - yes Windy Hill is a a small company and they used to hire students - but the oldest piece of equipment is a 2005 there are 15 of them all the rest of the fleet is 2007 automatics

 

Well I'm done with school. Went For a road test and drug test
today. Will know if I'm good to go Tuesday! I hope!!!
