When you're out walking around especially at night stay a few feet away from the front of the parked trucks. It makes you easier to see for anyone pulling out and it will help you see anyone popping out between them before they have an opportunity to attack you. Don't walk between trailers if you can avoid it, take the extra minute or two and walk around. When you're parked on the street in what looks like a questionable neighborhood, or any neighborhood for that matter, just assume it is and keep your doors locked. If someone you don't know approaches your vehicle outside of customers, crack your window a bit to talk to them, or just talk to them through the window. When you're walking around walk with confidence but try not to appear arrogant. But in the end, you're never going to be able to do anything that will completely keep you from the potential of being a victim.
