How do I find local jobs with 3mo experience?

Not sure if this would work for you but UPS offers their own version of a P.O. Box. The main difference between them and the post office is that they'll give you an actual physical address. Unless the company you're applying for uses a system that knows the address is not residential, I would think you could get one in CA and put it as your home address. Just a thought...
