How do I get a company audited?

No idea about the mans personal story or the validity of the claim
but here is the process:

To file a complaint with USDOT directly, you call the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration directly at: 1.888.DOT.SAFT (368.7238) from 8am – 8pm,
Monday – Friday, EST.

The DOT caught onto companies using drivers as a shield to protect
themselves from the DOT sometime back .
Shady companies knew they could count on drivers NOT to report them because the
drivers would take the hit also .
Drivers were imprisoned and intimidated by the double bind these kinds
of companies had placed them in.

We can now go direct , file an anonymous complaint
and then they come in and audit the company if they deem it necessary.

It has to be a legitimate issue , they don't just respond to disgruntled employees

 

find new gig and carefully disengage from beater soon...good chance they will bust from such practices and you be caught in the crossfire
