For me I do not have too many dead zones at all. Even on my internet from sprint for my notebook. I think one dead zone is in Wyoming for Sprint users but other than this my phone is worked everywhere.

How about you call home when you have a chance and your other half who is at home leaves you alone to do your freaking job instead of calling everybody and their uncle then starting a thread on internet forums.

I am sorry I can't be the only one who finds this whole premise of a thread sad.

I mean I get it, you love your husband, but he is a long haul truck driver doing training have some faith and trust in him. If not this job isn't going to work for the both of you. Or at least one of you.

I was thinking the same thing man. I'm having a similar issue with my wife now. I'm trying to prepare her for when I'm on the road. Right now she calls me all day long and I just can't have that on the road. I'm thinking a call in the morning when I pull out, then a call at the end of the day and thats it. Yeah, I feel for that guy. It's a little embarrassing for him isn't it?

Don't promise to call every day. Promise to try to call when you get a chance. If for some reason you are unable to call when you promised it will send the person at home into a panic.

Does the guy working the line in Detroit get 4 calls a day from his wife? Geesh!

Now come on ... if she doesn't jerk on his leash now and then, he'll forget it's there.
