How do I get out a crst contract

Drug test results are NOT known immediately. In most cases the test is mailed or driven to some other location and it could be days before the test is done, let alone results reported to you.

 

I know, I'm kind of late to the party... but... this?

 

This is exactly why I never advise a new driver to go under an employment contract in exchange for training. I realize it's legal, but it's crap and abusive. This site does a pretty good job of exposing this kind of stuff. Keep it up drivers...now if we can just get the newbies to listen.

 

Which is why when people say the contracts are not enforceable I try and correct them. Usually they double down on why it's not even if I've provided court cases that prove otherwise.

I've just given up and went with the standard "Get a lawyer" response. Even in the very friendly employee state of California (and for all their faults they are one of the employee friendly states) CRST has won lawsuits dealing with this.

 

Glad i went to 'private school' when i 'HAD TO' (again?) in '03...... sheesh.. megas.

 

I'm wondering if you can sue Crusty for causing your loss of employment over their lying about your drug testing. But you would have to prove Crusty sent that lying letter.

 

Vest is always telling students truck driving isn’t for everyone! I’d tell them it’s not for me! Then go flip hamburgers for 30 days.(It has nothing to do with driving at all. Can be verified.Thats the loophole!!!! Contract broke
