UPS usually goes by seniority. They are union, everything I hear is you start at the bottom and as jobs become open you can work your way up. That's why it take so long to get the jobs. Guys making $25+ hour driving day shift in semi don't quite. They retire and then next person in line moves up.
It might take that long to become a full time ups employee. As far as driving for them,go to their website fill out an app.But you'll need to create an account first.Once you fill out an app.In a day or so they'll email you a day and time youre scheduled for an interview. But it could take up to 6 months before you hear back from them after the interview.
