Ahh, tolls and ifta are pretty much separate. If you must resort to credit because credit is your only "liquid" cash source, then you should consider I-Pass from Illinois. It works wherever ez pass is accepted and it doesn't matter the state you live in. I'm in Louisiana but I got Ipass

Wow... Please do all drivers a favor and be up front with not having $200 in the bank. That way the ones that get screwed and don't get a paycheck the week a tire blows they will at least have been forewarned.
-
what are you nuts? lol no I have some money there to use but Im just being cautious.. i hope it works out.. i will try to get ezpass later on.
-
So which one is NOT lying. Do you have money, or are you running your company paycheck to paycheck? I know which one, but you need to admit you simply don't have the capital to start a business.

Since you are the company, you are required to hold their logs for 6months, 13 days. 13 days is the amount of time they are required to get their logs to you. The driver is only required to hold 7 days, plus current in the truck.
Also, since this is your driver, you are the owner of the company, you are going to have to maintain the drivers other paperwork also in regards to an employee. -
My friend, like I said in the other thread...U need to pre-check these tolls. They gonna burn you broke.

Why would this matter? Dont you have to feed both passes with $$ to activate them? or is there something special about I-Pass?
-
See... there was a little time concern issue. I'm just saying it is too easy to run tollways on Ipass or EZpass and pretend not to worry about the tolls until later. Those tollways are horrible though...especially Indiana...What the hell are we paying them for?
