How do I report

how do I anonymously report a truck company who’s drivers including the owner of the company, go into their logs to adjust their times in the log to gain more hours and time to drive? They do this all the time and I want to report it but I don’t want to give my information away.

 

I don’t work for the company I was learning how to drive trucks with the owner and when I asked if that’s illegal he had me stop driving with him. Then I found out that it is. His drivers and him are all related. He hired his cousins to drive and they all do it. I have sat there and watched them do it all the time. He laughs and says nothing can be proven after 7 days so I am not worried about it

 

I was not fired, let’s start there. Second, illegal is illegal and trying to add time to drive longer is putting other people in danger especially if this is being done at night. I have seen when one of them was dog tired and sleepy yet he was worried about being late on his drop off so he adjusted the log. It was his fault being he was busy trying to hangout with his friends rather than getting on the road when he should had.

 

Actually he was not at all trying. This guy is a ####y arrogant guy who’s all about himself and money. He don’t care how he do others he had me on the road for 3 weeks and all I could was a bunch of excuses as to why I couldn’t get paid for the times I drive.
