Type into Google 'FMCSA complaint form'.

Fill it out and send it in. They do take complaints seriously.

I have not been disappointed. I was expecting more memes however.

 

FMCSA has district offices throughout the nation. Find the office that the company is located in, sit down, write a letter and you must sign it. In the letter you give dates, names, truck numbers and the regulation that occurred.

Do not expect any quick results, if any. Take this into consideration, you are causing work for some people and some people just do not like to work. Unless a fatality occurs, I dare to say that your letter will get thrown in the trash can. I know, been there, done it and got the limb sawed off behind me. If a driver gets by out on the road with a HOS violation, he is 99% in the clear.

 

Gotta have solid evidence not word of mouth. You know how many disgruntled former or current employees are out there.
