I stay fit by constantly throwing a hissy fit about this or that.

    Heres what i do.

    Drink water ONLY.
    No processed foods.
    No grains, breads.
No sugars. ( very little.. impossible to miss it all)
    Protein shake for breakfast.
I eat Whole meats and veggies.
    100 squats
    100 push ups each day.
It keeps me at a steady 5'10" 180 and I have good energy and strength at 50yo.

If you're used to junk food all the time it will be like breaking a dependency.
You're body will WANT what it wants.
    Sugar is you're enemy.
Bread and potatoes turn into sugar.
    Soft drinks are death.

Break the cycle and in a week you'll not crave them any more.

My dyslexia had me read the thread title as ...

"How many people can you fit on the road at one time?".

I had a reasoned and intelligent answer for that but thankfully I reread before posting. I have no answer for the question related to fitness. Sorry.

That only works if your tarping on a daily or every other day. Tarping and Un tarping in hot weather is a workout. I was a fatty flatbedder. I ate like a hog though cause it made me hungry AF. 270lbs to be exact. But I lost 10 lbs when I changed my diet flatbedding. I’ve seen some fatties at the shippers when I was flat bedding. Now I’m 70lbs lighter being local grocery thrower.

Tarping isn't really enough work to keep a guy in shape, even if you do a lot of it. Trying to do it while fat is rather difficult though.

Yeah when I was big it was very hard. I would be breathing hard and stuff. Thought I was gonna pass out. It’s not enough work although it seemed like it.
