Other than the potential to overload a pickup awfully easily, those are pretty cool.

 

No, but they'd #### sure like to be able to clear a fault that some sensor produced and shut down the million dollar tractor/air drill/fertilizer injector that has shut down in the far end of a 1,000 are dry farm field that they are trying to get planted before it rains, rather than wait a week for the JD tech to come out when he has a chance because 23 other farmers had similar problems ahead of him and there aren't enough techs to cover the demand during planting season.

I think that may be a bit of a stretch.

 

You have some good points most big farms are on a lease setup any way for equipment so it’s not a big deal to them (I think it’s wrong) and that’s got a lot to do with them getting away with it.
The sad part about turning things up is it used to work fine we have a couple old tractors that were nearly doubled the rated hp and have made 10000 plus hrs with no major problems maybe just luck but there’s to much cost cutting for that to work on today stuff.
I also think the government has their hand in it from an emissions perspective might be a bigger factor

My new company has a globe, I don't like it well mostly because it has a pony motor which is unreliable and the flip axle also has issues. Have you used them much? What's your experience with Globe?
