    I'm just assuming he's putting on new decals. He may be a new owner operator. It's no way to know anything past putting on new decals.

    When we did trip leases for Admiral Merchants, we were given decals to put over our company decals. I never used them.

    I used to have a clear plastic sleeve with snaps on it , put trip lease placard in sleeve and snap it to the door over company name on door. Worked good ,no tape mess to peel off.
