    Beats me. I've always found it hard to get truck loans. Mabey they are taking the 30% interest ones

    I run two tractors, and two reefers, and it is hard to make a living, let alone get another truck. But maybe one day, maybe honesty will once again pay off.

    My father and I used to own a few trucks and reefers. I thnk 10 was the most trucks we ever ran. We figured we made as much money with the two we each owned and drove as we did with the rest put together. It's kind hard to grow slow. It's almost better to jump right up to a few dozen if you can keep them loaded. With just a few extra you have almost as much work as with a bunch but the income per each "extra" truck is very low
