Well firstly, if your micro-sleeping you need to get out of that position ASAP. Reading your messages, it seems that you are not cut out for night driving. Secondly, keeping under a speed limit is not rocket science. If you can't manage your speed at night, it seems like another sign pointing towards driving sleepy and if you can't manage night shift please make the appropriate changes.
