How do u power a mini fridge?

    And if you're ambitious, you don't even have to buy ice a large part of the year if you make some ice blocks and cubes overnight.

    I did the ice chest thing for a while, and definitely prefer my fridge.

    If I was going to put a fridge in a truck I'd get a 12v compressor fridge. I have a Dometic Cfx3 55im. That I run as a freezer. Yes, a good one is expensive. But what's it worth to you? Eating out 3x a day in a truck stop will pay for a fridge fast.
    There's 10 people at my company running 12v compressor fridges. From cheapies to mid grades to very expensive. The consensus is you save money in the long run.
