Personally I start off at 50% for 6 months then once they hit that mark and we both understand each other I cover it 100%. ( the reason I do this is to make sure I have people that want to stick with me )
I would like to clear the air up. I came to the US to start a company with zero contracts and not knowing a single person. It’s not all butterflies and rainbows but I’ve been treated like garbage from a handful of companies I’ve worked for and I swore I wouldn’t do that. If that means I have to get in a truck to do an OTR job to pay for employee benefits if gladly do that.
50% of the amount they get charged as per that chart I posted and the drivers age. That’s just health though, I cover dental and vision 100% from day one.
