How do you find drivers?

Thank you, you said that you have 5 trucks how did you find 5 drivers I have 3 trucks and two drivers but it's been really hard to keep drivers

 

Facebook, Indeed, Craigslist.

I went through 16 drivers last year.

 

Wow, I guess I am not doing anything wrong it's just hard to find a driver!

 

Is there a Facebook group that you post your jobs at?

 

OTR drivers up here start at 60c off the hub , great benefits and detention that starts when you pull in a dock , Teamsters are also hiring , unheard of 10 years ago , it's finally a drivers market , thats what your up against.
To bad I'm about ready to retire and there be another empty seat.
