If you have the hours and feel like you can safely drive then drive. If you start out and get to a point where you need a break take it. A 2 hour nap will refresh you. Your load is not worth someones life.

Call your dispatcher and tell them what is going on. Ask for a relay. There is always the chance that your doing something stupid could effect me. That makes it a sin.

I find that doing things like trying to keep a beat to a song by tapping the steering wheel with my fingers and trying to keep rhythm my feet maybe even singing along, helps me. Kinda get the circulation going and takes your mind off the fact that that your sleepy. Just be careful, cause I can guarantee your driving will be sub par.

Before you accept the load, tell dispatch you're fully rested and ready to roll and doubt you can fall back asleep and run all night.
If you had known about this night load, you could have only slept a few hours before delivering so you'd be dead tired in the afternoon and could have slept.
We're not robots and the drivers that can always nap have a sleep disorder.
    Me, I can't nap.
Or you could get a pint of vodka and drink it quick, always knocks me out (after I make some stupid posts)

You get on ttr on your phone while going down the road and keep refreshing the page and get into some really stupid arguments over something petty.

It just over 24 hours from wake up to delivery. I don't have a problem being up for 24 hours after a 10 hour break.

Looks like it 521 miles and that about 9 hour driving you got about 13 hours if your loaded by midnight. It will be tight and I never liked driving all night you could stop 3.5 hours and sleep 2-5 am and still make it. Definitely not the kinda runs I like to do. Lots of time the beer distributers are first come first sever as far as unloading and work all day. Most seemed easy going on delivery times. As long as they are open they will take the load.

Little Rock to Atlanta is roughly 12 hours across 79/Memphis, Birmingham/I20 Maybe 10 if the load was not too heavy. Skated the extra over the 10 hour limit to get it into the safeway west atlanta prior to 7am apple call.

Sleep? If you just finished your over night sleep and wide awake, get going towards little rock half the day. Get thee a nap when you get to little rock. You are going to be out of hours when you get there so... shrugs. You will get loaded there. 11 hours drive time and then stop after loading.

Now your delivery, whatever it is going to be depends on how many hours you have left in your log for the week minus your sleep time in Little Rock divided against your average speed and time remaining to appointment date and time. If you are under meaning you will make it, great. If you don't have enough and go over. Start talking to dispatch to change appointments or hand the load off to a team.

Do not be fooling around with logs in this area. Memphis will take a look at you and Little Rock is not too good towards trucking if you were exhibiting signs of driving sloppy, sleepy or whatever. Don't chance it.

I just assumed the trailer was ready and we were pulling out at 10 pm eastern 9 pm central for the sake of this quiz. and we can arrive just before noon. I hauled steel down there a few times to Cartersville from Little Rock and OKC. ..
