No worries, old threads are often times good threads and should be repeated.

I handle stress by prayer. Hand it over to the Lord and no worries. Also, slow down and don't be in such a rush.

Music. I have a whole bunch of great music on my iPhone, and I just crank the tunes.

Breathe. One deep breath. Now let it out slowly. If listening to music, change the channel. It just isnt worth it getting emotional about what ever it is that is upsetting

I bump 9yr old threads to piss other people off :D

I also like to bottle up all my stress so that at some point in the future it'll all come flowing out in a blind fit of rage which ends up with me turning my truck into a machine of death.

    Grizzly straight long cut

I wouldn't recommend chewing to any non tobacco users.

Really I just chew, it's not triggered by stress, its more like if I don't chew stuff that wouldn't normally stress me out would start becoming an issue. So don't confuse that direction sometimes people will tell you backwards to justify a nasty habit. I'll be honest about it.
