Solution is simplicity itself.... Get a box/package of dried prunes... Eat one every morning around your breakfast time.. Will get you regular in 2 or 3 days, no muss, not fuss.
I quit all dairy for a while. Instant results. Also eat more fruits and vegetables. Drink more water. No sodas. The usual, I guess.

Lmao. Eat before you shower....you’ll need the toilet before you make it back to your truck anyway. Truckstop food, eat it long enough & you’ll go straight from the table to the stool. Worst part is after a while, it becomes more brown water and less solids. Ask how i know. Lol
