Eat one every morning around your breakfast time..
Will get you regular in 2 or 3 days, no muss, not fuss.

Avoid bread. Eat food with more fiber.

I quit all dairy for a while. Instant results. Also eat more fruits and vegetables. Drink more water. No sodas. The usual, I guess.

Two words, Raisin Bran. Pushes out everying in your intestines.I lost 75lbs in less than a year and I owe it all to bran. 1 serving has 28% of daily dietary fiber and if you add blueberries, blackberries and strawberries it even tastes good.

Lmao. Eat before you shower....you’ll need the toilet before you make it back to your truck anyway. Truckstop food, eat it long enough & you’ll go straight from the table to the stool.
