Would also venture a guess that the batteries are close to toast. Time for new ones.

just take everything out and turn off the fridge let it defrost itself. wipe it down disinfect it. get it nice and clean that way it's nice and fresh for when you come back and load it again..plus it does the motor good to let it shut off and not consistently run it'll prolong its life..but the main thing is clean it out you never know what kind of bacteria and stuff is in there and germs wipe it down leave it open so it tears itself out then when you get ready to go out and ride around for a few more weeks restock it.

uh huh..I should put up some pictures of what I seen through the years the pigsty Hall of Fame.
only thing missing across the catwalk is a trough to eat out of.
some of these people and I look at their windshields why do they smoke or not I wonder if they're even cleaned once a year how they can even see out with all the crap in the dashboard and smoke and Haze

I use 2 tree hugger grocery bags, every thing out of fridge in 20 seconds, park in garage and walk ten feet to fridge put them in and done until I leave again.
But so you don’t have to work so much put in 4 1150 cca deep cycle batteries, hook to the truck batteries with a battery isolator, throw on a solar charger and your good for weeks.or buy a shop and pull in and hook to shore power, get a big enough shop so you don’t have to drop your trailer.

I had the same problem but the difference is my truck was parked at the house and I was able to start the truck everyday to keep the batteries charged.

I'm lucky, not having a fridge has its perks.

Well, sure. It's a little like me missing a finger. I'm lucky - I only need to trim nine fingernails now.

Like I said, my perks went out the window, the second time I stayed home long enough for it to run the batteries down which wasn't long. lol
I did not and never had any plan to eat in the truck when I was running the lower 48 anyway. I did some running through canada, but finally found enough good eating joints.
