how do you make Prepass go undetected?

my honest opinion is that IF the DOT is spending the time to issue a warrant to prepass for you scale info to use against you, then your were screwed anyway.

Prepass is not a government owned business so they would have to issue a warrant for that information.

Since I have undergone a DOT audit before, if they went that far you would already be in Pakistan hiding.....

 

I can better that. 8 months and 62,560 miles with out crossing a set of scales............and I dont own or use PrePass.

Thats alot of scale dodging. You taking the dirt roads?

 

I can run 1,800 and not enter any scales. Could be a diffrence in the company saftey rating/csa scores.

 

Nope and its not scale dodging when there are no scales to cross in the first place

 

Some wonder why they seam to got pulled in or red lighted with pre pass, its most likely on of two things;
1 The scale house has pre pass turned off;
2 The company in question safely rating has went down below the go/no go limit.

Small carriers with just a few trucks are really at a disadvantage using it because just a couple bad level 1 insps close together can now #### up a safety score.
