So, I guess she worked the corner for a short time? I crack myself up...Trying to cheer myself up, gotta spend about $5k in repairs... I don't think I could afford a midget hooker now... Even if it was half price.... Lol
How does body weight help you?

Made me laugh! Drove through Isaac last night, dealt with dummy agents, and finally unloaded my forklifts at 430 am in Port Charlotte. The staging area only had 6-12" of standing water, so it was a single ramp section unload. Fairly steep and in reverse! A couple drivers guided me off thankfully.

Good to hear you could get unloaded, after I kick this off it is back south for me. Hope it does not take me into all this weather.

I wasnt saying you personally are 350 pounds or that you personally said being overweight has any advantages. I was responding to your post about me having a nasty attitude.
I asked how my comments about those things were nasty comments? If "a person" (not you) is 5'9" and 350 pounds... how is that good? Sorry about the confusion. -
I weigh 145 and I've been running flatbed for about 6 years. I'm sure it's probably funny to watch me strapping and tarping, but I get it done.

Around 210-215, not sure if I would consider myself large, but not spindly either. I'd much rather have the power to tighten my chains and straps than using my weight. I was taught early, early on to never, ever leave the ground when tightening something. If you need to get more power on your binder that's what a winch bar is for.
One of the driver's who taught me to drive is a wiry guy, but, he hauls the big loads (150-200,000+ gross). I guarantee any "big guy" would have hard time keeping up with him when it comes to securing a load. He's also one of the most talented machine operators I've seen getting machines on a trailer.
