How Does Covenant pay the guys that drag sets

    Lol no, I do not want to work here. Just curious how you drivers get paid, the ones that pull the Estes sets.

    Is it the same mileage pay or how does it work. Thanks

    Wish I could tell you, but I dont know. When I upgraded in Chattanooga I cross-checked my company endorsements against my license and found that I was not approved for doubles/triples. When I asked why, I was told there was a special training program to certify you, but Covenant only went through the trouble for longtime solo drivers running dedicated accounts where sets are common. As far as I know, Covenant doesnt have any road-going sets of its own.

    Talked to a guy on an Estes account today: Covenant did not give him a raise when he started pulling sets. So ~26-40cpm for solos, ~34-50cpm split for teams...
