How does DOT violation personally affect me?

    NO. The only tickets are ones YOU are responsible for: eg; speeding, no seat belt, cell phone, FTO, etc, etc..
    Q: Are there any violations that only the driver is held responsible for?
    A: No. All violations are assigned to the company. If the violation is one that the FMCSA has determined the driver was responsible for or could have prevented the violations will also be placed into the driver's data.


    There is a LOT of misconceptions about CSA.

    Unless your in a wreck, them if their's a safety issue, its your fault. So if its a safety issue, better not get on the road with it. Its best to be safe, than sorry.
