How does one "fudge the log"

He is a fool for posting what he did in a public forum, but when students and newbes get on here and praise safety And calling people unsafe and dangerous for not doing everything by the book when they have no clue is asinine..

 

So, let me get this right - calling out people who are running unsafely and dangerously is asinine? Perhaps burying your head in the sand and no taking a stand to keep idiocy at a minimum is an asinine position...

 

Ill be honest with you meathauler, Its not a good idea, to promote falsifying log books. New drivers need not read or learn from that. Sure its done, by few, but new drivers should be taught the proper way.

 

If you are a "fudger" and make it through a level2 inspection in Oregon with no citations,IMO,you are a black belt "fudger"

Seem to be getting more of these "unsafe at any speed" types here lately.
Safety should be job 1, not how much more you think you make by screwing with your logs. Best thing to happen? Busted by the DOT.

I had a long talk with someone that supervises everyone on this forum. It is said that we are to treat one another with respect. Plain and simple, No insults, No name calling, and no Threats. We have to use the words in our post appropriately. There are consequences to our words that must meet the requirements of being a member here. We lost a great friend here, and do not want to lose anyone else. There are a lot of new members that join us, and might ask a question that might be from someone that is just starting out trucking. We probably should help them and let them know the answer with respect of them being NEW. IMO, we dont want to run off new drivers with our outspoken responses. New members are an asset to this forum.

My Friend Glenn8963, is no longer with us, and will be Greatly missed by many.
This forum is my relax time, and I enjoy conversing with all kinds of drivers here.
The Administrators of this forum WANT to keep everyone here. But sometimes we cant control or forget how to QUOTE someone. This is a lesson I have learned, and will comply with. Hope others do also, I enjoy reading everyones post.

Couldn`t think of a better way. Fudging log books should not be on here anyway. We should learn the Legal way and that be the only way, and not endorse anything else. I had to edit my post and add this= as you can see I took yours and put it on mine.
