How does UPS Freight keep drivers???

The thing is most of the ltl is gonna over take us in pay before this contract is up.

 

Do you not realize NOT ONE person agrees with you including UPSF drivers?

That is top rate RIGHT NOW. It will change everytime there is a cost of living adjustment.
I'm guessing the raises are every August? If so every August top rate changes. For everyone.

So if you stayed with UPSF when you hit top rate, you woulda been at the $30+ rate.
It's no different with parcel. Our contract reads the same.

 

Only thing that doesn't change is your progression rates. That is fixed for the duration of the contract.

It's not the old pay rate. It's the current progression rate. Evidently they didn't do much to raise those.

 

Your hourly number are off.

 

Start is 17.70.. 45 days 18.00... 12 months 20.00... 24 months 23.00... 36 months 25.50...
48 months top rate.
