How Dumb can Dumb Drivers be

Bill I really need to take a shop course from you. There are so many parts and additive I need to knw and you seem to know them all!

 

They dont grease them anymore, they get sprayed with DPF fluid now.

 

i have zirks in my mufflers. i find grease to be cheaper then the fluid.

 

My truck is pre scr so I had to get my muffler bearings done over the summer, cost me 37k, hope it doesn't need to be done often!

 

Make sure you have your Cathodic Protection System's zinc anodes checked @ your next PM and you don't have to worry about those muffler bearings rusting out! Especially this time of year with all the salt they are putting down.

And make sure your Degaussing system is calibrated to prevent EM interference with your QC and GPS sys ops.

Well, i was dumb enough to buy a volvo, guess the muffler bearings cost like 2x as much as anything else. I only took it in cause the low coolant sensor was shutting truck down but they said it needed it. They even topped off my blinker fluid for free!

 

Volvo muffler bearings aren't bad. It is the electronic sensor that tells you if they need to be greased that gets expensive to replace.

 

Maybe you should send them out for Micro-Blue treatment ....????
