New England KW concord NH, That’s actually one of the reasons I went with kw, can call up for all the way back to. My uncles 1976 and 9 out of ten times parts are in stock, if not it’s usually next day,

Tri state in enfield CT used to be same way until the owner sold out, now the corporate bean counters are useless for anything but jacking up prices

Well I haven’t seen anything but rutted dirt roads in Canada so I can see how the shocks can last only a few months.

Sadly a lot of our highways are in pathetic condition.

Been running the same Fox Shocks since 2021. Still going strong, no leaks. (I am assuming they are oil filled not gas???) I had Road Kings on my Freightliner day cab and those bearing/bushings got beat right out of them. Unfortunately Fox commercial looks like it's discontinued. But it looks like King shocks has reinvented the Road Kings at hdshocks.com ?

That's correct, King bought HD Shocks. But boy they expensive! I got quoted $1000 for the front 2 shocks!! Another $300 they will anodize them red to match my truck!
I know a guy that still has his HDs on his 379 for almost 9 years.
I really don't want to spend that much on TWO shocks, especially with the conditions of the American highways! But I've been through few brands and no real improvement! So I'm running out of options to tame the ride in my 2022 Cascadia.
Last set are Gabriel Fleetline Gas shocks. I feel like they were shot about 2 months after install.
They are the first gas shocks. Im not sure what's better gas or oil.

One option I'm considering is "helper" airbags. Few companies make airbag kit that mounts on top of leaf spring. Price is (+/-) $700
They could help smooth it out. If I want full air-ride up on my Freight Shaker I have to replace the entire axle!

If you want a cadilac ride go with King shocks for steer axle. They are top of the lien and truly rebuildable. You can set custom compression and rebound and can set high and low speed dampening for compression and rebound independently. They can be fine tuned to a degree where you can eliminate all road feedback.
