How Far is your commute everyday?

I'm lucky enough to drive about 1.5 miles to work.. most of the freight companies in my city are all around the airport so I bought a house in the vicinity..

 

I live exactly 4.8 miles from the terminal. It's about a 9 minute drive from home....can do it less if I get lucky with the lights. I wouldn't take another job even if they offered to double my hourly rate because the time at home is worth way more to me.

.8 miles. When I have to be at work at 3am, I leave the house at 0259.

 

4.3 miles, takes ~7 minutes. On my last gig I drove about 30 miles each way and that got really old really fast. That long commute home after 12+ hrs driving just gets longer and longer.

 

10 miles plus cig stop

 

About 15 minutes, 10 miles.

 

33 miles one way, nice and easy drive.
