It's funny that most people think it's a "65 mph zone" when it's actually a 45-65 mph zone.

You might think that when a cop or DOT officer has your rearend on the side of the road degrading your safety rating for an unsafe lane change and/or wreckless driving.
Besides how would you know what the driver you endanger looks like? You look straight ahead hoping they don't follow you to your next stop. You never know you might meet face to face and we'll see who has the look of terror on their face.

I try to stay between 57-59.I have a 06 columbia and my rolling avg is 7.4 When I need the fast lane I speed up..Its been my experience, that I will never go fast enough...If I'm doing 55 to slow..65...to slow..70 to slow driver..F'em..I pay for fuel and till the day comes when another driver actually pays me the difference on fuel cost for speeding up,well partner I'll be the guy you have to get around..

Couldn't agree more with both of these post.

If they were not so much underpaid, they would not have to be in such a big hurry. It's like they are in hurry to make a mortgage payment before they foreclose or in a hurry to get home before the wife leaves them.

It is great to make more money and drive fewer miles doing it without the pressures of life that you have to scream at a driver going slower than you in the left lane.

Not sure I follow you. You can't drive this aggressively either. Hand shift / suicide clutch == looking and planning ahead more than you would in a loaded semi, except it's you that will get squashed if you don't.

So, you think that anyone who drives faster than 57 mph is not making money and going broke? Just when I think I've heard it all.....

Because both drivers tend to be rude and unpleasant to deal with on the road. Caring little for the effect they have on those around them at the time.
