how fast do you drive

thats what i was thinkin....heck in ca...never did shift all the way out....unless of course i had to prove a point

 

I call it my embarrass a chicken hauler gear! Haha.

 

Typically set cruise for the speed limit. Only go faster if im going around a bunch of slower trucks. Try not to exceed 75 though.

 

watch it driver.....watch it..ran up on a cow truck many years ago in tx on hwy 287....cowhauler alley....we passed him......he got on the radio and said,"you dont think i am gonna let THAT happen, do ya?"....i keyed up and said, "you aint got much choice".....he never did get around me...LOL, we stopped together later...and he told me, "ok you may have a faster truck, but i bet you aint got this".....he had a KILLER sound system in that truck...literally rocked it.....

As my daddy taught me, a big truck goes as fast as it can, a large car goes as fast as it wants to!

 

I had a car hauler run away from me last year out on 20 west of DFW about 3 in the morning, I was running 80 or so and he still blew my doors off, I caught him a few miles down the road, then he poured the coals to it and pulled away, it wasn't fair though cuz I was loaded and he wasn't... It still made me mad.. Haha..

 

Ain't heard that one in a lo-o-o-ong time!
